The Consulate of Italy informs all the Visa applicant who resided for more than 4 weeks, starting from 1st of January 2017, in the following Countries:<\/p>\n
– Afghanistan, – Somalia, – Pakistan, – Nigeria, – Siria, -Democratic Republic of the Congo and – Kenya,<\/p>\n
that is mandatory to submit, along with the rest of documentation, also a Polio Vaccination Card that states that the applicant has received a dose of vaccine within 4 weeks and 6 months prior to the period spent in the above mentioned Countries.<\/p>\n
