Mevzuat (2004\/38\/CE say\u0131l\u0131 Direktif ve 30\/2007 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararname<\/a>), AB\/AEA vatanda\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n aile \u00fcyeleri i\u00e7in kolayl\u0131klar \u00f6ng\u00f6rmektedir.<\/p>\n

S\u00f6z konusu aile \u00fcyeleri (sadece 2004\/38\/CE say\u0131l\u0131 Direktif ile bu stat\u00fcde kabul edilen ki\u015filer), iData arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla, kendilerine ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6zel kontenjan kapsam\u0131nda randevu alacak, sonras\u0131nda ise Ba\u015fkonsoloslu\u011fun ilgili birimine direk vize ba\u015fvurusunda bulunabileceklerdir. Ba\u015fvurulacak vize t\u00fcr\u00fcne g\u00f6re sunulmas\u0131 gereken belgeler i\u00e7in ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc<\/strong><\/a> incelenmesi rica olunur.<\/p>\n

Visa applications must be submitted in the district where you are resident<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Consulate General of Italy in Istanbul is responsible for the following provinces: Istanbul, Amasya, Artvin, Bilecik, Bursa, \u00c7anakkale, \u00c7orum, Edirne, Erzurum, Erzincan, Giresun, Gum\u00fc\u015fhane, I\u011fd\u0131r, Sakarya, Kocaeli, Ardahan, Bayburt, Kars, K\u0131rklareli, Ordu, Rize, Samsun, Sinop, Sivas, Trabzon, Tokat, Tekirda\u011f, Yalova, Bart\u0131n, D\u00fczce, Karab\u00fck, Kastamonu, Yozgat, Zonguldak.<\/p>\n

To apply for a visa at the Consulate General of Italy in Istanbul<\/strong>, Turkish citizens and foreign nationals legally resident within the consular district<\/strong> must use the outsourcing service provided by iDATA, by booking an appointment on the website<\/strong> https:\/\/www.idata.com.tr\/ita\/tr<\/a>. iDATA is a private company authorised to receive visa applications. However, the assessment of and decision on these applications remain entirely within the remit of the Consulate General.<\/p>\n

Family members of European Union\/EEA citizens\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Family members of European Union\/EEA citizens benefit of a privileged treatment accorded by law (Directive 2004\/38\/CE and Italian Legislative Decree 30\/2007).<\/p>\n

Family members of European Union\/EEA citizens, as indicated by EU Directive 2004\/38\/CE<\/a>, can submit visa applications at the Consulate General by booking an appointment through iData within a dedicated quota. Please see this section<\/a> for the documents to be submitted depending on the type of visa you apply for.<\/p>\n
