Vize başvurusu işlem ücreti, başvuruyu yaparken Türk Lirası olarak ödenmelidir.
Vize ücreti ise aşağıda belirtilen yürürlükteki konsolosluk tarifelerine göre, konsolosluk döviz kuru üzerinden üç aylık periyotlarla belirlenir ve her üç ayın başında (1 Ocak, 1 Nisan, 1 Temmuz, 1 Ekim) güncellenir.
- Schengen Vizesi (C tipi) (maks. 90 gün): 90 Euro
- Schengen Vizesi (C tipi) (maks. 90 gün) indirimli tarife: 35 Euro
- Schengen Vizesi (maks. 90 gün) – 6-12 yaş arası çocuklar: 45 Euro
- Schengen Vizesi (maks. 90 gün) – 0-6 yaş arası çocuklar: –
- Uzun süreli ikamet için Ulusal Vize (D tipi): 116 Euro
- Eğitim amaçlı Ulusal Vize (D tipi): 50 Euro
İDATA şirketi aracılığıyla yapılan vize başvurularında, vize harcı dışında bir hizmet ücreti alınmaktadır; Türk lirası cinsinden olan işbu tutar kredi kartı ile ödenebilmektedir.
Ödenecek tutar, vize’nin verilmesi için değil, başvuru kapsamında idari işlemlerinin yürütülmesi için tahsil edilmekte olar bir ücret olduğundan, vize başvurusunun reddedilmesi durumunda da iade edilmez.
İşbu hizmet ücreti yalnızca başvurunun kabul edilemez sayıldığı durumlarda iade edilir (İstanbul İtalya Başkonsolosluğu başvuruyu inceleme yetkisine sahip değilse; başvuru, 810/2009 sayılı AB Tüzüğü’nün 9. maddesinin 1. fıkrasında belirtilen süreler içinde yapılmamışsa; 810/2009 sayılı AB Tüzüğü’nün 11. maddesine uygun bir başvuru formu yoksa; 810/2009 sayılı AB Tüzüğü’nün 12. maddesine uygun bir seyahat belgesi eksikse……).
Giriş vizesi için herhangi bir acil işlem ücreti uygulamasının bulunmadığı önemle hatırlatılır.

Visa application fees must be paid in Turkish lira at the time of submitting the application. The amount payable for the visa is linked to the consular exchange rate, which is reviewed quarterly and subject to change at the start of each quarter (1 January, 1 April, 1 July and 1 October), in accordance with the consular tariffs.
For Schengen Visas (Type “C”) (max 90 days): 90 Euros
For Schengen Visas (Type “C”) (max 90 days) at a reduced rate: 35 Euros
For Schengen Visas (max 90 days) – children between 6-12 years of age: 45 Euros
For Schengen Visas (max 90 days) – children between 0-6 years of age:-
National Visa (Type “D”) for long-term stays: 116 Euros
National Visa (Type “D”) for study purposes: 50 Euros
There is a fee for submitting visa applications through iDATA, which does not include the visa’s administrative fee. This amount can be paid in Turkish lira by credit card.
This fee is non-refundable in the event of a visa refusal, as it is payable for the administrative processing of the application, not the issuance of the visa.
The visa fee will only be refunded in cases where the application is inadmissible (for example if the Italian Consulate General is not competent to examine the application, if the application was not submitted in accordance with Article 9(1) of Regulation (EC) No 810/2009, or if a form or travel document in accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of Regulation (EC) No 810/2009 is missing).
Please note that there is no charge for urgent processing of entry visas.
